Founded in 2019, we engineer business systems — not generic consulting. Deep Odoo and infrastructure expertise, built on a business-first perspective: the tool serves the business.
Cetmix was born from industrial reality. Before founding the company, Ivan Sokolov worked in heavy machinery and steel mill equipment industries. He encountered ERP not as a consultant, but as a business operator responsible for production, logistics, and operational efficiency. It became clear that ERP projects often failed not because of software limitations, but because they lacked real operational understanding — configuration replaced architecture, short-term fixes replaced long-term design, and infrastructure was treated as hosting rather than operational control. In 2019, Cetmix was established to bridge this gap. The mission: business systems should be engineered with the same discipline and precision as industrial machinery.
ERP work in heavy machinery manufacturing, mining equipment, workshops, and logistics environments.
Development of Mail Messages Easy and PDF Attachments Preview, establishing Cetmix as a top-rated third-party Odoo app developer.
Launch of Cetmix Tower — an Odoo-native infrastructure and DevOps platform. Development of Estonian accounting localization for Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
Cetmix Tower open sourced at OCA Days, making the infrastructure and DevOps platform publicly available to the Odoo ecosystem.
Cetmix participated in Odoo Experience for the first time.
Our leadership and team come from heavy machinery, logistics, energy, accounting, public services, and industrial environments.
Cetmix has built a measurable presence within the Odoo ecosystem.
Cetmix is an international group of ICT professionals across Europe.
Industry professional turned systems engineer. Ivan began working with Odoo as a customer and transformed that operational experience into a business systems engineering company. He is widely recognized for high-impact Odoo applications and is the driving force behind Cetmix Tower. His philosophy is influenced by aviation principles: precision, control, monitoring, and fail-safe systems.
Cetmix leadership combines diverse competencies across the full engineering stack.
We approach business systems the way aviation approaches flight: clear procedures, structured planning, continuous monitoring, controlled automation, and reliability under pressure.
ERP is not configuration. It is system design.
Infrastructure is not hosting. It is operational control.
Customization without architecture creates long-term risk.
Cetmix continues to expand its capabilities across business systems engineering.
To engineer business systems that companies can rely on for years — not just deploy for months.
